MedTech Capital Inc. has been retained by BSP, Ltd., of Israel, to assist in finding appropriate collaborative relationships to bring its innovative technology to market, initially aimed at the Heart Monitoring  Marketplace.

The Company's proprietary HyperQ technology extracts and analyses the high-frequency components of the QRS segment of the ECG, providing unique diagnostic information.  More that 15,000 patients have been tested with the HyperQ stress system to date in routine clinical use, pilot studies and controlled clinical studies in the US, Europe and SE Asia.  For the stress application, BSP has entered into a non-exclusive licensing agreement with Schiller AG of Baar Switzerland.
 
The Company is now seeking a partner to continue the evaluation for "at rest", i.e. non-stress, ECG applications.  Early clinical results are very promising, especially for emergency departments for the early diagnosis of patients with suspected acute coronary syndrom (ACS) and for monitoring of at-risk patients for transient ischemia.
